Tis the season for indulgence with our first Henriot Champagne Dinner. Join us December 4th as we celebrate over 200 years of winemaking tradition and expertise in the hands of one of the best Champagne houses in France. Henriot & Santo Cielo team up to create a unique culinary experience like no other and kick off this holiday season in style.

6:30pm dinner starts

$99 per person (4 courses) + tax & gratuity

Duck Rillette

polenta cake, cardamom, raspberry-champagne jam, crispy chicken skin, bitter greens paired with

Snap Pea + Pear Salad

pancetta, peanut, cilantro, shishimi vinaigrette paired with

Fire Roasted Halibut

couscous, swiss chard, avocado relish, yuzu gastrique paired with 

2008 Henriot Millésimé Brut, Champagne

Fried Milk 

cocoa nib mousse, blueberry-laphroaig compote paired with 

Henriot Brut Souverain, Champagne
