WHAT ARE YOU COOKING?
The inspiration for our food lies within the idea of a “globally inspired kitchen.” This means staying true to our midwest roots while extending our vision to other countries & cultures. We source our ingredients responsibly by seeking out local purveyors, aiming to be sustainable and seasonal whenever mother nature allows.
We strive to provide the highest quality of freshness in all aspects of our creations.
TO SHARE OR NOT TO SHARE?
Rather than a traditional menu with appetizers, entree choices and such, we offer a shared style menu. Although we can encourage our guests to share so they can fully experience all flavors and textures, sharing remains optional. That being said our dishes will arrive from the kitchen as they are being prepared. Sometimes together and sometimes at different times.
IS SANTO A FINE DINING RESTAURANT?
No, as much as we love doing things with precision and finesse, we want our guests to feel relaxed and find our food approachable anytime.
HOW SHOULD WE DRESS?
Our dress code is “casual” but we encourage our guests to come as they are most comfortable. Just remember no shoes or t-shirt, no service.
CAN I WALK-IN?
Yes! We reserved a good portion of our restaurant for walk-ins at the bar, lounge and dining room. The lounge and bar are offered in a first come first served basis with the exception of private bookings.
HOW DO I GET IN THE WAIT LIST?
If you don't have a reservation you can add your name to the waitlist by calling us at 630.323.0700 or by visiting us online.
WHERE CAN I FIND PARKING?
Free parking is available in the attached parking garage behind Hotel Indigo. From the parking garage, you can access through the second level, going through the hotel reception and then taking the overpass where you will take the elevators to the 5th floor.
CAN DIETARY RESTRICTIONS BE ACCOMMODATED?
Our chefs are happy to accommodate most dietary restrictions, severe allergies as well as religious preferences with at least 48-hour notice. We try to make the fewest number of changes possible when accommodating dietary restrictions, so that our guests may enjoy the menu as our Chefs originally envisioned.
We cannot guarantee changes to the menu without advance notice. If you are booking a table within the 48-hour and you will be dining with restrictions, please reach us at 630.323.0700.
Our host team can check with the kitchen to be sure we can accommodate your party’s preferences or allergies on short-notice.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE CAN I BOOK A RESERVATION?
You are able to book a reservation online as far as 90 days in advance. For bookings outside this window please call the restaurant directly. 630.323.0700
HAVE A LARGE GROUP?
If you're looking to make a reservation for a party larger than eight people, please call the restaurant directly at 630-323-0700 or fill out a private party inquiry online.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM RUNNING LATE?
Contact our host team at 630.323.0700 if you are running late. Please note that we only hold reservations for 15 minutes. Arriving later than 15 minutes past your reservation time might result in a wait.
WHAT IS YOUR CORKAGE FEE?
We offer carefully selected and curated wine list to accompany our menu. Should you choose to bring your own bottle of wine, our corkage fee is $35 per standard 750 ml bottle of wine. We only allow one bottle per table. Our sommelier team is always happy to discuss our wine selection during your visit.
